The text in {brackets} are variables or placeholders.

They serve a single purpose – to save you time and effort.

Using these variables (and we tried to make it obvious what’s their specific purpose in their names) can help you create a unified signature for a whole department (or even company).

You also don’t have to enter the variables to the signature manually – if you look at the editor, you can find them grouped the same as way as in the “cheat sheet”.

If you want the text in signatures to be bold or have a certain color, simply set it to the variables – your settings will be applied to the signature text.

If you want to set the text to be in upper-case letters, please don’t do that directly in the editor; some spam filters consider this aggressive behavior and it might affect your spam score.
